Can I amend my order?
We're pretty quick at processing orders to make sure you get your sweets as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you pay, but after this point it might not be possible to make changes.
Will you let me know when you have shipped my order?
Of course! First, we send an order confirmation once you place your order. Then we send a shipping confirmation once our team has dispatched your order.
When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship orders placed before 8pm the next working day.
What are the delivery options?
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we deliver to Redhill, Reigate, Horley, Gatwick and Crawley areas.
Can I track my order?
Currently we don't offer tracking on products (to keep the postage fees down), however, to make sure you receive your sweets we require a signature on all shipping!
Do I need to create an account?
No, but creating an account may improve your shopping experience!
How do I change my details or reset the password on my account?
You can change your details by logging into your account, just click on 'my accounts', 'my addresses', or 'my cards' and update your details.
Are your products Vegan, Vegetarian, Halal certified or Dairy and Nut free?
As our products are Pick and Mix assortments this varies. Please refer to the product descriptions which will be up to date with this advice.
