Our Returns Policy is valid for 30 days, after which we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To request a return for any reason, contact us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
Items that are perishable are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless damaged or faulty, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
FULL REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
PARTIAL REFUNDS (if applicable)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:
Any non-perishable item which has been returned used, not in the same condition that you received it, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund when expected, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only exchange or replace items if they are damaged or faulty. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If you are approved, your exchange will be processed and dispatched, within a few days.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE SHIPPING
Unless the item was damaged or faulty, you will be responsible for paying to return the item or to receive the exchange item. Return costs are non-refundable.
We advise using a tracked service to return your order as we can't guarantee that we will receive your item.
If an item is damaged or faulty we may ask you to provide photographic evidence and/or return some or all of the item(s) for inspection. If an item(s) is damaged or faulty we will either refund or exchange the value of the goods. Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of the goods purchased: we hereby exclude liability for any consequential loss, whether arising from the use of goods purchased, the late or non-delivery of our carrier, or any other cause.
