COVID-19 UPDATE

We're not the type of business to use the current circumstances as an excuse for poor service. Like many we've adapted - you shouldn't notice any difference in our product or our service!

We use third parties to ship our products to you. Some services have been suspended due to the additional demand they are facing, our website has been updated to reflect this. It's possible there may be delays after the product has left our workplace.

If you have not received your order by the expected date please let us know and we will look into this.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 8pm the next working day.

We will send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched by our team. If you have not received this, please let us know.

Unfortunately we don't offer shipping outside of the UK.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We currently offer free shipping on orders over £50.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

At the moment we don't offer tracking as it would increase the shipping fees. However, if this is important for you, please contact us before making your purchase and we will discuss our options.

We send a confirmation email when every order is dispatched, so you'll know when it's on its way.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30 day Returns Policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
